Anyone know where I can find a manual on this old Bell and Howell camera. I would love to use it when I go to Italy...
Thank you so much!

I don't think paper had been invented yet.

It would help if you gave the EXACT model number of the camera, I'm assuming it says it somewhere on the camera...
Maybe somebody here will know the answer, here are two good links while you are waiting for an answer.

You know what happens when you assume don't you...
There is no model number on the camera, it only says "Electric Eye" on it...
Does this help...

The zoom ratio and f-stop would also help...I did find the following on the link I previously provided...
Bell&Howell
440 Optronic Eye
Year: 68
Lens: B&H Zoom 1,9 / 11 - 35 mm
Manual Zoom
Fixed Focusing
Auto Exposure
Frame rates: 18, 36 + single frame
+/- correction for auto
Cable release socket
Remote control socket
No sound

Ok Ok, I also "assumed" it was a Super-8 camera, but it may in fact be a regular 8mm camera...
There is another website for 8mm....shooting 8mm.....
Here is the link.....

Don't forget to come back and tell us what camera it is.
3 basic questions, does the camera take a film cartridge or film spool, have you shot with it before,...and do you know what format the camera is?
